An applicant pays the application form fee at the Finance office only where she receives the receipt of payment.

The applicant should submit the following documents: To the University Admission Office:

•    Receipt of payment of the application form fee.

•    The original application form and its required documents To the office of the School of Graduate Studies:

•    A copy of the receipt of payment of the application form fee.

•    A copy of the application form and its required documents. The applicant will receive the following: From the University Admission Office:

•    A receipt of the completed application form, the receipt contains a checklist of required documents.

•    The applicant ID of nine digits generated by the system. From the office of the School of Graduate Studies:

•    A notification date for the English Equivalent Examination.

Postgraduate Diploma And Master Programs

Dates for notification of the application status are available on the cover page of the application form. A list of the admitted students will be posted on the notification board at the School of Graduate Studies and also at the different programs venues.  Admission letters should be collected from the administrative assistants at the different programs venues. The letter of admission includes the name of the program to which the applicant is admitted, the required fees, as well as University Student ID (same as applicant ID). The University Student ID will be used for settling financial issues at the Finance Office, for registration of courses / modules and for other academic transactions at AUW.

Doctor of Philosophy Programs

Applicants who fulfilled the admission requirements will be called for an interview conducted by a panel of professionals from the AUW.  Interview dates are available on the cover page of the application form.  Admission status will be announced after the interview meeting on the same day. The University Admission Office will issue a letter of admission to the student so she can proceed for registration.
