AUW faculty members participated in the operational meeting of the *Global Health consortium* which was held on October 24th and 25th in *Istanbul.*
Dr. Aziza Moukhayer, Dr. Majdi Sabahelzain and Ms. Marwa Akola from the School of Health Sciences represented AUW in the Global Health consortium which aims to develop a diversified network of innovative global health graduates who address current and future global health issues and promote equity in health. The consortium includes 6 universities; Maastricht University, Netherlands; Thammasat University, Thailand; Manipal University, India; Universidad del Rosario, Colombia; McMaster University, Canada and *Ahfad University for Women, Sudan*.
